Instead of throwing away his old gas stove, my neighbor decided to turn it into something both practical and unique for his garden. 😱 Once his project was completed, I wanted to do something similar too. 😍 Here’s what we did! 😲👇👇 You can see the final result by following the link in the comments ⬇️⬇️⬇️.
Step-by-step process:
Dismantling the stove: Carefully take apart the stove by removing all screws and bolts. Break apart the metal pieces connecting the oven to the cooktop. These fragments can be repurposed for other projects, like shelves or frames.
Creating an outdoor oven: Clean the inside of the oven and add firewood. Light a fire and close the door to retain heat, creating a fireplace-like effect.
Final touch: Add a metal plate on top of the oven to create an outdoor cooking area. This way, you can prepare meals outside, grill dishes, roast vegetables, or even boil water in a kettle for a unique flavor.
Decoration: To give the stove a modern look, use heat-resistant paint. Classic black or aged bronze will add a beautiful touch.
Adding shelves and hooks: For more practicality, you can install shelves or hooks on the stove walls. This will help organize the space and make it more functional.
Smoker: The old stove can also be turned into an excellent smoker. Just add wood pieces to smoke your food and close the door to infuse them with a special flavor.
This creative way of recycling old objects promotes sustainable consumption, helping you save money while adding a unique touch to your garden.
