A single woman purchased a property in a quiet neighborhood of the capital, even though it was in a deplorable state 😯. Knowing it needed renovation, she hired a skilled designer to discuss every detail of the interior 💖. The result exceeded all expectations – the apartment became unrecognizable ⬇️⬇️. Entrance
The spacious 6.4-square-meter hallway is designed in soft tones. The floor is covered with marble-effect ceramic tiles, and the walls are painted in gentle hues.
A built-in storage system with seating made the space more practical, and a storage closet was placed opposite the entry hallway.
Kitchen
The owner decided to make the kitchen a full-fledged room. The walls are adorned with very light kitchen furniture featuring glass inserts along one wall.
Opposite, there is a spacious dining area with comfortable chairs. The adjacent small loggia serves as a living room and additional storage space.
In the living room, the designer selected engineered wood flooring, and the walls were enhanced with moldings. To the left of the entrance, shelves for books and tableware were installed. The sofa corner, with its emerald green chair and armchair, became the room’s focal point.
Bedroom
The bedroom follows the general color scheme. It features a soft headboard and a bed with a lifting mechanism, as well as a built-in wardrobe extending to the ceiling. A TV was installed opposite the bed at the owner’s request.
Bathroom and Toilets
These rooms were separated for convenience. The bathroom includes a full bathtub and a washing machine placed opposite the sink. The decor combines ceramic tiles with moisture-resistant paint.
After the renovation, the apartment received an entirely new look, transforming into a warm and elegant space that perfectly suits the owner’s tastes.
