Sophie’s project began with the complete disassembly of the armchair. She then refinished the wood and reinforced the joints, already bringing new strength to this tired piece of furniture.
Once the structure was repaired, she dove into the upholstery, a delicate and precise task. Her design was already well defined, and as soon as the fabric arrived, she was able to start her embroidery and fabric gluing work, adding a personal touch to every detail.
As the project progressed, each part fell into place. The armchair began to take shape, and the work seemed to finally reach its peak.
All that was left was to install the legs and apply the final upholstery. Sophie could then sit back comfortably and admire the beautiful armchair she had just created.
This transformation is much more than just a renovation. It’s a true tribute to creativity, showing that even the most worn-out objects can be reborn with a little love and a lot of hard work.
