I was mocked when I bought an apartment in very poor condition, as a single, divorced mother, but they had no idea what I had in mind! 😉🤌 Over time, my apartment has completely changed! 🤩 What was once a “nightmare” is now a beautiful three-room apartment, a dream for many! 🤫🔥
The before-and-after renovation photos can be found in the article below. 👇🏻👇🏻👇🏻👇🏻
Initially, the kitchen was in a deplorable state. Despite some renovation work already started, we had to change everything: appliances, flooring, and many other small repairs.
We took this picture while the wall was still connected to the bathroom. The kitchen was in a terrible condition: an unusable sink, metal dish racks, and Soviet-style tiles. It was clear that the renovations had been done during the Soviet era.
At that time, materials and furniture were known for their sturdiness and longevity. It’s hard to believe such equipment could still last this long. The area of the space is 4.5 m², which is quite small. However, we managed to fit a stove, a dishwasher, and a refrigerator. The arrangement of these appliances was carefully planned to optimize the available space.
From this tiny kitchen, we managed to create a space that is not only practical but also functional, where any homemaker would love to cook. Certainly, a few details could be improved, such as the excessive number of magnets on the refrigerator or the silver tape used to mark the space, but these small imperfections do not take away from the effectiveness and harmony of the final result.
