It turned out that there was a cat with huge frightened eyes on the stairs in a special bed.
She was covered with a blanket, a handful of dry food lay on the floor, and next to it was a note: “Please help us!”.
In addition, it turned out that the cat was pregnant and was giving birth at that moment.
Nearby there were already 3 kittens, and the fourth was about to appear.
Kayla helped the latter to be born, because in her free time she volunteered at a local cat shelter and knew what to do.
When all the babies were born, the woman moved the bed with the mother cat and her children to her office.
From there, she called the shelter, who promised support. In addition, Kayla’s mom agreed to take the feline family into foster care.
Kittens were born healthy and very active.
The mother cat, who was named Bon-Bon, takes care of the babies and behaves calmly and friendly.
Kayla is sure that this will help her quickly find new owners.
When the kittens no longer need mother’s milk, they will go to a shelter to find a better family for them.
