Every dog dreams to have not only a forever sweet home, but kindhearted owners. Our best friends deserve a good, comfortable and safe life.
A stray dog, who lived on the Nuwela Eliya streets in Sri Lanka, every day struggled for his life trying to resist the cold and hunger.
Life on the streets is dangerous and very hard, so he dreamed of being adopted as soon as possible, in order to put an end the miserable life he had.
So while wandering on the streets, he every time waged his tail, when someone passed by, to be attracted by them and hopefully get saved.
Fortunately, he was soon noticed by a group of elephant rescuers from Thailand, who were in Sri Lanka for research reasons.
The tiny puppy followed them, wagging eagerly his tail and trying to get their attention. His persistence and endeavors to be noticed melted their hearts, and they decided to help him.
One of the members of the rescue team, named Lek, gave him food, bathed the dirty puppy and gave him a warm blanket.
Soon, they found a kindhearted man, named Thushara, who was willing to take care of the brave puppy.
The dog was called Lek Lek, he was now happy to get a forever loving home with a caring daddy.
After three blessed and joyful years of happy and healthy life with his owner, the kind woman of the rescue group Lek visited Lek Lek.
The grown up dog immediately recognized her.
That was very astonishing, after so many years he didn’t forget the kind woman, who has been so caring and merciful to him, who gave an opportunity to live his life in a nice home for his beloved family.
Hopefully, everyone will agree that these helpless stray dogs deserve to live a happy and peaceful life.
