Carlos adopted the puppy 10 years ago and named him Monty.

The man and the dog became best friends and traveled together throughout the UK.

But 18 months ago the dog got sick.

Veterinarians made a terrible diagnosis – leukemia.

At first, Monty responded well to chemotherapy, but later it became clear that soon the friends would have to be separated.

Carlos decided to give his pet “one final adventure together”. He needed to go to the Welsh town of Brecon, next to which there are a lot of picturesque heights.

The man took a wheelbarrow with him, covered it with comfortable blankets, put Monty into this “transport” and took him to see the incredible landscapes.

Carlos’ act was quickly recognized by the network, but soon he received bad news – the disease finally overcame Monty.

However, the man is glad that he did everything possible for his friend and recalls fun trips with his dog with a smile.
