A resident of the city of Charlotte in North Carolina accidentally heard about a dog in the city shelter, which was already being prepared for euthanasia.
Nicholas used to have a dog from a shelter, but the dog died of cancer and Nicholas’s friend, Sheena, knew that the guy was very worried about the loss of the dog.
She told him about a shelter dog that was about to be euthanized, and Nicholas rushed to the shelter to see the dog.
When Nicholas saw Emma, who was recently brought to the shelter from the street, his heart sank. But he was not sure that this was the dog that would become his new friend.
At the same time, he really wanted to save her life and agreed with the animal protection society to take Emma under his care.
The zookeepers and Nicholas managed to do everything as planned, and Emma soon got into Nicholas’s house.
And a little later, it turned out that Emma was pregnant.
She was already pregnant when she entered the shelter, but no one knew about it.
This was a big surprise for Nicholas, but this did not affect his decision to keep Emma at home, and he agreed to take care of her puppies as well.
Together with his girlfriend Sheena, Nicholas went to the store and bought everything that was necessary for keeping the puppies at home – special food, vitamins, toys, bedding.
Emma soon gave birth to six healthy puppies, two girls and four boys.
Now Nicholas takes care of Emma and her puppies and says that he loves them very much.
It is possible that Nicholas still decides to keep Emma for good.
