Some people think that animals are not endowed with the gift of feeling emotions.

But those who really know animals well and spend time with them know for sure that this is far from the truth.

This was also confirmed by a man named Benjamin Tipps, who came home to visit his relatives on Mother’s Day.

At this time, the cow living with the family was supposed to become a mother for the second time.

“We didn’t think she would have any problems,” said Kayla, Benjamin’s wife.

But this time there were complications…

After a long and difficult labor, the long-awaited calf was born, but the baby died instantly.

Benjamin says – he saw the cow step aside and collapse into the grass.

Then he ran to her.

When the man came closer, his heart broke. Mother cow realized that her baby is gone.

“She was crushed, devastated, and she was tired of giving birth. The poor girl lay down and Ben leaned over to pet her and comfort her,” Kayla said.

This may seem impossible to some, but cows actually have great affection for their cubs.

These animals are some of the most social on earth.

For the cow, nothing else mattered, and Benjamin, upset by the grief of the animal, did everything he could – lay down next to the cow and tried his best to console her.

His wife was so amazed by her husband’s act that she captured this moment on her phone.

“What a big heart this man has. This mother cow had lost her baby, and Benjamin lay down and stroked her, trying to comfort her. Such a sweet yet heartbreaking picture,” Kayla wrote on social media.

Now the cow feels better, but this does not prevent people around the world from expressing their condolences.

One of them wrote: “I needed to see this and remind myself of the gentleness that can still exist in humanity.”

We can all learn from this incident and be more considerate of those who deserve our kindness and compassion.
