Naturally, the multi-million group of the singer’s fans almost immediately pounced on her ex-lover, having learned that he not only left her for another woman, but also cheated on her for a whole year.
However, Gerard, apparently, does not regret anything. Moreover, he, in his own words, has learned to block Shakira fans who come to him in comments.
He spoke about this in an interview with Gerardo Romero. “It was especially bad at the very beginning. If I let all these comments get to me, then I would just throw myself off a cliff,” said the footballer.
At the same time, the athlete, of course, immediately made a “diagnosis” to all the fans of the singer. In his opinion, the vast majority of people are worried about those things that do not deserve their attention at all.
“You only need to think about health problems, family and relationships,” Piqué added.
“Remember, at least, my ex lover. You have no idea what kind of comments I received on social media from her fans. Real barbarism. But I don’t care because I don’t know them. These people simply do not have their own lives. And I will not meet them in mine, because they are robots,” the athlete emphasized.
It is quite possible that he speaks so negatively about the singer and her fans due to the fact that Shakira recently left Barcelona with her children and went to Miami to start a new chapter in her life.
