It is very important for babies, both human or from the animal world, to get their mom’s love, care and protection, especially in their first weeks of life.
But, sometimes, when the majestic fate is not that kind to those creatures, who lost their moms, to survive by their own in the wild life is extremely impossible.
Such a tragedy happened to a fox cub, who lost its mother in a car accident and became orphaned.
He was about 3 weeks old. Poor creature could, probably, not survive, if it wouldn’t have found by the rescuers.
The helpless little creature was taken to the vet hospital. Fortunately, it had no injuries.
Soon, the little fox cub found a warm and sweet home.
A kindhearted couple, Angelika and Werner from Oberscheld, who love animals very much, adopted this cute fox baby. They named it Dinozzo.
They owned also a dog Ziva, a bengal cat Leopold and two little piglets.
All the members of this wonderful family welcomed Dinozzo and befriended it.
But Ziva started to treat it like her own baby, and this maternal care and love comforted the little Dinozzo helping it to overcome the pain of the lost of its own mom.
Not only Ziva, but also the adorable cat Leopold loved the fox cub, as soon as they saw it.
There are so many examples of a friendship between two different species, but this one is absolutely unique.
Kind dog Ziva is not only a foster mother for Dinozzo, but she is its best, inseparable friend, who is always next to it.
They play, cuddle and sleep together. The fox recently learned how to get in and out through the cat door.
