14-year-old Pakistani Muhammad Samir is known among local residents as a good acrobat. He is a professional dancer and can perform complex tricks on a pole.
But most of all, the boy was famous for the flexibility of not his entire body, but only one part – the neck.
Muhammad has the rare ability to turn his head at an angle close to 180 degrees. And if you count from turning your head to the left, then the angle will reach almost 270 degrees.
According to the guy, he was inspired by a scene from a horror movie in which a character did something similar.
As the boy says, he followed the example of the actor. But at first his parents did not really like it.
“I was six or seven years old when I saw an actor in a Hollywood horror movie turn his head to see what was behind him. It impressed me. I started practicing this activity. And after a few months I started to get it. My mom beat me up when she saw what I was doing and told me not to do it anymore, or it would end up in relentless neck pain. But over time she realized it was a gift.”
His family remembered Muhammad’s skills after the misfortune. The 49-year-old father of the guy suffered two heart attacks in a year and was forced to leave his job.
Then the boy dropped out of school and became a dancer to feed his parents and four of his sisters.
Together with a dance group of eight almost the same flexible guys, Mohammed performs in the vicinity of Karachi.
“Since his father is not feeling well, all responsibility for the family has fallen on the shoulders of Samir. He is just a boy, but we have no other choice. I would like him to study and think about himself. But fate has other plans for him,” says the teenager’s mother.
As for the boy himself, he plans to become a stunt dancer in Hollywood when he grows up.
