This little boy is very lucky, because instead of a rubber duck for a bath, he has a live one!

In 2015, Beaker the duck (Bee) came to the Young family from Texas as a duckling.

Once in the pet store, where dad Christopher supplied duck food, there were only 3 ducklings left, and two of them were sold.

Lonely Beaker was sad without his friends. And the seller agreed to give it to Christopher (although the rules only allow selling in pairs).

Beaker instantly became friends with little Tyler.

According to Tyler’s mom, Jennifer Young, Tyler’s first word was “duck.”

The parents soon opened a special Facebook account to post photos and videos of Tyler and the duck there.

“They did everything together – they played, ate, and slept,” says the baby’s mother.

“Fortunately, Bee was easy to train with a leash. Both agreed to wear diapers, although Bee sometimes gets out of hers. ”

As the couple got older, their friendship also grew stronger.

“From the moment they wake up until the evening, when it’s time for them to go to bed, chaos reigns in the house,” Young shared.

“When Tyler sits down to eat, Bee starts begging for food too. They chase around the house like a pair of mischievous puppies.

It doesn’t take five minutes to turn Tyler’s room upside down. The funny thing is that they both appear guilty to me,” says Jennifer.

Bee is a real protector of his friend. When Tyler starts crying in his mother’s arms, the duck runs to her with a quack to make sure that the baby is not in pain.

The Young family always kept domestic ducks, but they all lived outside.

Bee is an exception to the rule. Jennifer laughed when she heard stories about people keeping ducks in diapers at home.

But Bee is as smart, loyal and cute as any dog or cat.

Of course, there is nothing strange here for Tyler. He had his feathered best friend all his life.
