Nobody wanted this dump. Too run-down, too old, too expensive to renovate. But my parents decided to take a leap of faith: it would be my first home. Their efforts were rewarded a hundredfold β the project turned into a true masterpiece of interior design.
A Hallway That Sets the Tone
The renovation started right at the entrance. The hallway walls were painted a bright white, bringing light into the space. The floor was covered with large, dark tiles β elegant and modern.
Directly facing the front door, a built-in wardrobe stretching to the ceiling offers impressive storage space. And for a stylish touch? A black-framed mirror on the left. Chic and practical!
A Living Room That Became Two Rooms in One
The main space was cleverly divided into two areas: a super-comfy lounge with a bright red sofa in the center, and a cozy bedroom area near the window.
Light wallpaper on the walls visually enlarges the space, while warm laminate flooring adds a homey touch. Across from the sofa: a desk nook with custom shelves for my books and schoolwork. The perfect balance of relaxation and productivity.
A Peaceful Bedroom Bathed in Light
The bedroom area features a large blue bed reminiscent of a hotel suite, with plenty of hidden storage.
The wall behind the headboard? A light-colored tapestry that creates a calming, serene atmosphere β perfect for a good night’s sleep.
Β A Closed Kitchen, but Full of Style
The kitchen was completely redesigned: light tones, minimalist design, and a cozy dining area with modern chairs. The fridge? Cleverly tucked into a niche. The old balcony doors were replaced with full-glass models, flooding the space with natural light.
Β A Bathroom Worthy of a Magazine
In the bathroom, beige tiles cover the walls and floor, creating a spa-like ambiance. For the vanity, I chose a deep blue β a bold touch that contrasts beautifully with the rest.
π¨ The result? A spectacular transformation that surprised everyone β even me. This passion project became a symbol of inspiration, proving that with creativity and determination, even the most forgotten places can come back to life.
