The girl, even in primary school, was known as overweight. She was always a little plump, but already in the first grade her weight was forty-five kilograms. And every year she grew bigger and bigger.
At nine years old, she weighed eighty-four kilograms.

The reason for her weight was that the parents spoiled the girl. Breanna’s main diet consisted of sweets and junk food. Together with the whole family, they went to fast food establishments more than once a week. Moreover, the influence of high-calorie food affected only the daughter.

After that, all sweets and junk food disappeared from the Bond house. Parents and the child began to organize walks for several kilometers.
The girl was sent to the swimming section, she took up running and basketball.

At first, Breanna was often tired, she did not succeed. The girl was constantly hungry.
Now she recalls that at times she hated her parents for not letting her eat cakes and junk food. But the changes were not long in coming. The plump girl was rapidly losing weight. A little at first, then more and more.
The school stopped laughing at her. They also noticed that Breanna is getting prettier day by day.
The girl says that somehow in the pool an old friend whom she had not seen for a long time simply did not recognize her. Breanna has changed so much. Within one year, the girl lost thirty-five kilograms.
All changes have led only to the better. Not only did Breanna get rid of offensive nicknames, so she achieved success in sports.
At the age of thirteen, Bond became a participant in the Olympic Games among teenagers. In addition, now she is part of the school cheerleading team.
