Their special relationship just stole many people’s hearts all over the social pages.
Pumpkin, a one-month-old little raccoon, lost her mother and became orphaned. Poor little creature soon got injured falling from a tree.
Then, she was taken to the Bahamas shelter, where the staff wasn’t able to cure her in properly.
Luckily, a kind couple gave their agreement to take care of the little soul, and after her adoption they brought the tiny raccoon to their sweet home, offering her their love and care.
After that day, the sad life of the adopted raccoon has changed in a dramatic way.
The adoptive parents, William and Laura, were so caring to Pumpkin, that a few weeks later she recovered fully.
The kind couple treated her like their own baby. But they had also two rescued dogs in their warm family, Toffee and Oreo.
First, they had suspicion how their dogs will accept their new family representative, but their worries were in vain. Toffee and Oreo befriended Pumpkin, as soon as they met her.
