Easton Dufur, who is the dog’s human, posted a photo with a touching story about his adorable Labradors, Cookie and Stitch, on the social media platform.
It was a photo, which showed a dog’s food bowl with a half-eaten food. After Easton explained the touching reason of his dog’s deed, the story went viral and numerous people left emotional comments under the photo.
These two wonderful dogs formed a unique and tight friendship.
When Cookie joined to their family, Stitch showed his sister how to share their food, because they had to eat from one bowl. During a short period of time, Cookie became trained from her brother, how to eat their food, leaving the rest for the other one. Cookie learned it very quickly and since that time, she always kept the half of food for her friend.
But one day, the cruel fate separated the two best friends from each other. Unfortunately, Stitch left this world, leaving his companion alone. And Cookie felt the absence of her brother badly, she missed him so much.
They were so attached to each other and were very caring and loving to each other.
After that day, Easton put less food in the plate, which will be enough only for Cookie. But the loyal dog kept eating as always, only the half of it, leaving the rest for her brother.
