It’s the responsibility of all police officers to serve and protect not only people, but animals, as well.

There are many examples when the courageous officers risk their own lives to rescue our lovely pets or animals from wildlife in need.

And, there are many heartbreaking examples of demonstration of gratitude of those living creatures, whose lives were saved by our police officers.

This time it’s a heartwarming scene of a reunion of a little, gentle dog with his saver, officer Laurich.
When police officers raided on a house in California, they suddenly noticed a frightened little puppy.

It was obvious, that the poor dog’s humans treated him very bad. So, the officers rushed to help.

One of the officers saved the scared dog’s life and took him to the shelter.

That was officer Laurich, who loved the little creature from the first sight.

Though they knew each other a very short time, but there arose a special bond between officer Laurich and the rescued dog  Bubba.

Some months later after their first meeting, the kindhearted officer visited his little friend. Bubba’s reaction was incredible.

As soon as he noticed his saver, he jumped from joy and rush to his brave hero. This scene was so sweet and heartbreaking: what an emotional reunion it was.

They enjoyed their time together thoroughly.

Fortunately, the tiny dog looked not only very happy and joyful, but also healthy due to the staff efforts of the shelter.

Now he was ready for the adoption and apparently the first man who might be the adoptive parent of Bubba, will be officer Laurich.
