The youngest physicist with autism, Jacob Barnett, has an IQ higher than that of Albert Einstein

Interesting News

Jacob Barnett was diagnosed with autism at the age of two.

The doctors told his mother, Christine Barnett, that the degree was severe. And a lot of work would have to be invested in order for this child to comprehend at least the basics and acquire elementary life skills.

They said that it was unlikely that he would even tie his own shoes.

Of course, mom followed the advice of experts, even sent Jacob to a special school. But, unfortunately, she saw a regression.

The boy became more and more isolated and spoke less and less.

This decision was not easy for her. But Christine is a strong person. And she decided to take her son out of the state program and prepare him on her own.

And now, her son, whom a woman with fear and uncertainty taught as best she could, on her own, is making progress.

His intellectual progress and thirst for knowledge turned out to be so great that he developed incredibly quickly and was far ahead of his peers in knowledge.

An IQ test showed that his intelligence was 170 points higher than that of Einstein (the great scientist had an IQ of 165)!

Jacob enrolled at Indiana University and majored in physics at the age of eleven.

Today he is the youngest astrophysicist who even makes presentations at conferences. The professors who teach him noted that his knowledge is incredibly deep.

“The theory he is developing,” they say, “concerns some of the most difficult problems in the field of astrophysics and theoretical physics.” Jacob is predicted for the Nobel Prize.

This story once again proves that the mean diagnoses made by specialists are just diagnoses. But not a verdict.

Honor and praise to the self-sacrifice of the mother, who managed with great love and patience to help the boy realize his potential.

Although, she says that even today, Jacob needs a lot of effort and work on himself in order to overcome the problems of autism.
