According to the tabloid TMZ, citing law enforcement agencies, the local sheriff’s office began receiving calls from worried fans of the singer on Tuesday evening.
The reason for the panic was that Spears deleted her Instagram account. Although the star has been repeatedly lost on social media, this time the followers for some reason decided that something was wrong with her and convinced the police to check if she was in danger.
The employees simply had no choice but to go to Britney’s house and make sure that everything was fine with her on the spot.
As expected, there were no signs that the singer was in trouble.
While it is unknown if the authorities have spoken to the star in person, they were quick to reassure fans that she is fine. It may very well be that the diva is just rehearsing a new dance in front of the camera in order to break into Instagram with it again.
