Shauna’s real age is 22, although at first glance you can’t tell. An adult girl, due to her condition, has the body of an 8-year-old child.
With a height of just over a meter, the girl looks like a real baby.
Shauna had health issues as a child. Permanent treatment, although it solved the health problem, at some point forever stopped the physical development of the girl.
“In normal people, the pituitary gland is constantly developing, but mine completely stopped. Now I will never grow up and will always be in the body of an eight-year-old girl.”
It is extremely difficult to live with this. As Shauna admits, she can’t even go to the gym on her own, what can she say about various restaurants.
After all, people who do not know about the issue are immediately interested in where her parents are. Even parents still cannot treat Shauna as an adult and independent person.
“Before every walk, my parents arrange a little interrogation, because they are very worried about me”.
As the girl’s mother admits, she understands the complexity of the situation and agrees that it’s time to let Shauna go.
But her maternal instinct does not allow this, because who will protect her daughter, who is still physically an 8-year-old child.
